Yes, we provide Free Shipping on all orders over 5000 PKR. For orders under 5000 PKR, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

We accept refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after inspection. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
