Orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days across Pakistan.
Free shipping is available for orders above PKR 7,499.
Rising Aura is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
Personal care products, sale items, and opened items are non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
